Hello! it's been ages since I last published a podcast. After several attempts to record a podcast with acceptable sound quality, it's finally here.
This class is suitable for beginners. Ideal to do before or after work to undo all the tension caused by commuting and sitting at a desk for long periods. We also focus on strengthening the upper back, and releasing the lower back.
