Hello! This is another short video which I made in response to the current coronavirus situation and all the unrest that has been brought into our lives on the macro and the micro scales. It only takes 15 mins to do and it's the perfect preparation for restful sleep, with an adrenal balancing twist and a mild inversion with the legs up the wall to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and bring you into a place of calm and rest.

Friday 5.45pm GMT is the Restorative Yoga session and if you can't attend in person you will receive a recording of the session (video and audio) to do in your own time.
