This is a half-hour session designed to fit into your day as a pre-work or lunchtime practice. We do lots of breath work to open up the lungs and a kriya to clear out excess mucous. The postures will open up the chest, help you find space for the breath in the side of the body and restore you to a state of health and vitality.
