I have been using this Yoga Nidra myself in the last couple of weeks and it has become my go-to for the perimenopausal wakefulness I've been having. 

In this recording, I guide you through some relaxing breathing, then on a journey around the body which will take you away from your thoughts and into a quieter space, ready for deep rest.
