Dear All,

This class is very mellow. Good for you if you want to practice but need to be gentle with yourself. We do a fair amount of hip releasing poses on the mat, and also gentle backbends and shoulder openers. 

If you'd like to try meditation, this is a good way in - relaxation, gentle movement and and focus leading towards a meditative state.
