This is a twenty minute meditation on the body. It's not strictly a relaxation but it is very relaxing! I often do this instead of having a nap as it's so refreshing and brings me right back into my body especially if I have been doing a lot of heady computer work.
Just lie down somewhere quiet and comfortable and enjoy it! You can do it seated if you like to do these sessions during your commute or during your lunchbreak, but lie down if possible.
