This is the last class for a while. The sound quality isn't wonderful but it's doable - I played the episode on my computer and it was ok but you may want to play it through some better speakers.
This one weaves kindness into practice and explores the three states of human experience - achieving, threat and soothing. Kindness is in the last one - "soothing" - which is the state we try to cultivate in yoga. It's a PRACTICE so don't be put off if you don't get it straight away. The Dalai Lama has to practice kindness every morning so we shouldn't feel bad about not being able to produce it on demand!
