What a strange year it has been! The solstice offers us the opportunity to absorb what has gone before and reflect on what to take into the next cycle. This offering is intended as a space for you to do that. The quiet, dark solstice days require deep rest and inner-nurturing. We start off this one with a slow, mindful flow then move into hibernation mode in restorative long-holds to release the spine and open the hips, finishing with Yoga Nidra and a visualisation to sow the seeds of your intentions for 2021.
