This class is a good strength-builder. We start off dynamically to warm up the body and then move into a long holds sequence which will help to build strength, endurance and stamina. Especially good if you are looking for strong core, legs and back. Off the mat, this class helps you to look at your resistance to what's happening and to move through it with detachment rather than reacting.

You will need your sticky mat and possibly a block to sit on and a blanket to keep warm in the closing relaxation.
