Dear All,
This class is one that I recorded for those who have limited space to practice, or limited mobility. The whole practice can be done sitting in a chair.
I have reposted this one, as I unpublished it a couple of years ago when I changed hosting services. It was recorded when I was still using the name Bristol Community Yoga podcast.
