This is a body scan meditation which you can do lying down, sitting or standing. I recommend lying down to do it if possible. The instructions will assume you are lying down but just adapt according to what you're doing.
This is a meditation on the body but it can be done when you need a relaxation, as it is a relaxing practice which will take you out of your head and into your body.
