Hello,
This class was recorded at the Penny Brohn Centre in Bristol and it's suitable for anyone who needs to wind down and gently stretch, and anyone who would like to learn to meditate.
There's nothing fancy in this class and the only props you'll need are a couple of blocks or cushions. This was a class especially for my Level 2 Thrive ladies who appeared at class having battled their way through storms to get there and valiantly persevered through the crazy Bristol traffic. This podcast is dedicated to my students at Penny Brohn who are so dedicated to their practice, and who inspire and uplift me every week.
